Aftershock Festival 2026 will return on Oct 1st to 4th at the Discovery Park in Sacramento, California. Four days of intense rock and metal will feature famous bands and artists like Tool, Danny Elfman, Queens of the Stone Age and Body Count, along with AFI, Zakk Sabbath, Stone Temple Pilots, Suicidal Tendencies and many more.
One of the most feared American alternative metal groups to date! Featuring Maynard James Keenan on vocals, Adam Jones on guitar, Danny Carey on drums and Justin Chancellor on bass. Key tracks include "Schism", "Sober", "Forty Six & 2", "Ænema" and "Stinkfist".
Their latest release, Fear Inoculum follows up from their highly acclaimed 2006 release, 10,000 Days which saw the band pick up their third Grammy Award for Best Metal Performance on "7empest" in 2020 - following on from "Ænema" in 1998 and "Schism" in 2002.
Renowned American composer, singer and songwriter Danny Elfman. Known to millions of film goers around the world through his large portfolio of scored movies, many of his other works will be familiar to fans of the US new wave band Oingo Boingo, for whom he was the lead vocalist. Included here are his now iconic ‘Simpsons’ theme tune, the ‘Batman’ theme, as well as songs such as ‘This Is Halloween’ from ‘The Nightmare Before Christmas’, ‘Weird Science’, the cult classic ‘Dead Man’s Party’ and other tracks taken from his last solo album ‘Big Mess’ which was released back in 2021.
Danny Elfman is a multi award winning composer with four Oscar nominations and subsequent wins, three Emmy Awards, a Grammy Award and seven Best Music Saturn Awards. Hear the vocalist who brought you the Pumpkin King, Jack Skellington from The Nightmare Before Christmas in all his zany glory.
Theirs is an amazing desert rock sound that fuses together the best of the alternative, stoner, and hard rock worlds. You’ll know some of their most famous hits like “No One Knows”, “Go With the Flow”, “Little Sister”, “Feel Good Hit of the Summer”, and “The Lost Art of Keeping a Secret” but you’ll also get the band’s new release In Times New Roman….
Multiple Grammy nominations and near perfect scores from Kerrang!
One of the first rap metal groups to take on the genre. As the legendary first all-African American heavy metal group, Body Count sang about subjects most are too timid to approach, such as sex, death, and violence. Songs like “Cop Killer,” “Body Count’s in the House,” “There Goes the Neighborhood,” and “Born Dead” exemplify their style and message. ICE-T’s latest full-length release with the band, was in 2020, when the group recorded and released the powerful Carnivore, a return to Body Count’s early days with culturally conscious songwriting that tackles hot button subjects like racism, police brutality and violence, with some of the most unflinching lyrics ICE-T has ever written.
