A hard rock festival first took place in Sacramento, California, in 2012 and easily became one of the city's most popular events. Dubbed the annual Aftershock Festival, the gathering of the best of the best rock artists become the go-to event for all rock music enthusiasts. Needless to say, the live, intense rock concerts would make the year feel incomplete. Eleven years after its inception, the idea of bringing the same successful festival to country music was brought to light. For that reason, a honky tonk and hillbilly music-focused sister festival made into conception in 2023. Thus, the birth of Goldensky Country Music Festival.

Amazing country music was on display over the course of two days at the 2023 GoldenSky Country Music Festival. Performers such as Eli Young Band, Maren Morris, Jon Pardi, Eric Church, and many more made it even better than expected. All tickets quickly sold out, and there was a massive turnout.

Due to the success of the 2023 edition, Danny Wimer Presents decided to go big for the next year's festival. Instead of just two days, it will be expanded to three days. October 18 to 20 is set for this spectacular event. Each day will be headlined by the biggest names in the country music scene.

On the 18th, Keith Urban's country prowess is going to be experienced. Alongside him is the country roots rock band Turnpike Troubadours and country trailblazer Clint Black. Other performers will be Elle King, Locash, Shane Smith and the Saints, Haily Whitters, Travis Denning, Carter Faith, Kylie Morgan, and Logan Crosby.

Elle King is a country/ rock artist and actress. She topped the charts with her song "Ex's & Oh's." Locash is a country duo known for their 2016 hit "I Love This Life." Shane Smith is among the biggest names among red dirt country bands. They broke out with the song "All I See is You." Haily Whitters is among the newest rising artists, with her album "Raised" climbing the charts in 2022. Travis Dennings is a country/hard rock enthusiast responsible for songs such as "After a Few," "ABBY," and "Dirt Road Down." Carter Faith is a country pop sensation with songs reminiscent of Taylor Swift. Kylie Morgan puts on 2000s country-pop style. Her retro approach is evident in her hit song "Break Things." Last among the performers is Logan Crosby, a fresh face in the scene who is already showing promise with the release of his song "23 Days in L.A."

The first day of the GoldenSky Country Music Festival is sure to bring you the best country music from the best artists. See you there on October 18!
